How to link your blog or website to Facebook group

If you have a website or blog, you should know that facebook is a good source of traffic. With facebook you can get massive traffic to your blog or website if you have great followers base on either your page or your group.

What is face book group?

Facebook group is platform where you can interact with specific sets of people, like family, teammates or coworkers. Groups are dedicated spaces where you can share updates, photos or documents and message other group members. You can also select one of three privacy options for each group you create.

For you to link your blog to facebook group, you are required to have the below mentioned tools available.

1.      Dlvr Account

2.      Feed URL

1.      DLVR.IT : is a platform that feeds your blog post to your social media account anytime you post. Go to http://dlvr.it and register an account with them.

2.      Feed URL: is the url of your feed that allows you to connect and share your blog feed to your social media account. Every social feed platform like dlvr will always ask for your feed url. If you do not know your feed url, check here for the tutorial.

How can I link my blog to facebook group?

Follow the below procedure to get started:

1.      Make sure you are logged in to facebook account where you created your facebook group.

2.      Log in to your Dlvr Account that you created earlier

3.      Click Add Route. You will see two options named source and destinations.

4.      Click add under source and select the feed button as shown below.

  

5.      Click connect feed and input your feed url in the feed url box and click save source button.

6.      Under destination, select add button and click facebook icon.

7.      Click connect to facebook button and a new page will pop up as shown below.

8.      Click on the arrow next to account and select your group name from the drop down list and click continue.

9.      A new page will open just click on save button as shown below.

On the next page click save button again and you are done.

Note: You can repeat this process for twitter, instagram, linkedin, tumblr, app.net, google plus and other social network supported by dlvr.

You should now see your blog post on facebook group anytime you make a new post now.
